Sam is a 20-year licensed Realtor® who is keenly engaged in real estate in the Crested Butte area. During his 42-year residency here, Sam has built several homes in the Town of Crested Butte and has built, bought, and sold residential and commercial property in Crested Butte, Skyland, Mt. Crested Butte, and Trappers Crossing.
