Profile of Kathryn Johnson

Kathryn Johnson is a longtime Colorado resident who brings over three decades of real estate expertise to every aspect of your house hunt or sale. Originally from South Carolina, Kathryn grew up in an historic beach house where she developed a fascination for the charm and character of older homes. Today, she channels that passion into matching people with property in Crested Butte, as well as rehabbing homes for fun, including her own.

A mother of two grown kids, Kathryn raised her children in Denver, but they learned to ski and attended summer camps in Crested Butte. This led to a fondness for the town which she now calls home – an area she prizes for its authentic mountain feel, close-knit neighbors, and pedestrian-friendly lifestyle.

Kathryn has earned a reputation for delivering unmatched customer care by listening to her clients’ financial and personal needs, while keeping them engaged and informed at all times. But the superior service doesn’t stop there.

Kathryn is a Certified Negotiation Expert who confidently serves as a trusted advisor, negotiator, and problem solver. This, coupled with the power of the LIV Sotheby’s International Realty brand network, creates outstanding outcomes for her clientele.

When she is not showing homes or scouring the market for an architectural gem, Kathryn can be found mountain biking, hiking, or spending time with family and friends. In addition, Kathryn is actively involved in dog and horse rescue and loves walking her rescue pups each morning on the dirt trails outside her home in old central Crested Butte.

For the highest level of service and professionalism in Crested Butte, there is no better resource than Kathryn. She would be honored to help you locate your dream home or sell your current one in record time for the best possible price.
