The results are in! 2021 was another fantastic year for real estate here in Colorado. Despite the low levels of inventory throughout our mountain communities, the Crested Butte and Gunnison markets ended the year with improvements over 2020 thanks to increased demand for the unbeatable Colorado lifestyle.
