Profile of Di Bridges
I grew up on Long Island, yet I’ve lived exclusively in western ski towns my entire adult life. I’ve seen first-hand the changes they’ve undergone over the past three decades. After being away from Colorado for 12 years in the early 2000’s, I decided to check in on Crested Butte to see how it had fared during this tremendous growth stage. It was surprising to discover that Crested Butte hadn’t really changed all that much. This truly IS one of the few livable and awesome remaining ski towns in the US!
While attending Penn State I acquired a degree in Advertising and Graphic Design, and began alpine ski racing. After graduating, I pursued telemark ski racing and mogul competitions for 7 years out of Summit County, Colorado. Living in Crested Butte presented the unique opportunity to try my hand at telemark freeskiing competitions. To this day all aspects of recreational skiing remain a priority in my life.
My interest in real estate investing began in my mid-twenties. I’ve owned over 2 dozen homes and have taken part in numerous real estate-related ventures from note buying to negotiating short sales to fix and flips. Having been licensed as a broker in Oregon, Arizona and Colorado, I’ve enjoyed helping many people in ski towns find homes and land that suit their needs. I feel fortunate to have discovered my two great passions early in life.
I offer ski town living expertise. My husband Frank is an expert hunting enthusiast who is more than happy to share his intimate knowledge of the hunting tag draw system, the various hunting units, and wildlife found in the hunting properties within our MLS area. This area spans from north of Crested Butte all the way south to Lake City and beyond to Creede, to the west end of Blue Mesa Reservoir and east to the base of Monarch Pass. Our MLS area features some of the best elk, mule deer, bear and antelope hunting in the state of Colorado.
